"Natural" is relative
Hey girls,
Everyone has a beauty problem area, and mine is my lips. I've always hated them. They're totally two-toned (dark top lip, reaallly light bottom lip), and it's beyond unattractive. You can't imagine how jealous I am of my sister Devon/Brownie, who has crushed-berry-colored lips that look smashing with a layer of clear gloss and nada mas! I could NEVER be seen without some kind of lipstick or gloss or something with some coverage. Which is a huge problem on low-key days when I want to be "au natural," or when my lips are too chapped for gloss. See, I can't just slather on a conditioning balm and go, since I always, always need color on my lips! On those days I line my lips with a neutral pencil before applying balm, and honestly, it's annoying as hell. I can't tell you the gratitude I have ever since Loreal's new Bare Naturale Gentle Lip Conditioner ($9.95) galloped into my life. It's a line of vitamin E and sweet almond oil-infused lip conditioners that come in super-natural, bare-but-BETTER shades! Finally, I can enjoy the benefits of a moisturizing balm, but with enough color to even-out my ill-toned lips! FYI, my shade is Soft Spice. Love it.

Totally gonna try that lip balm...and The Hills...totally fake, but soooo addictive. Lo sucks. I think I dislike her as much as I dislike Spencer.
The Hills - How could Lauren claim she just ran into that guy Doug a week before going out with him? Did anyone notice that he showed up to the party with her friend Frankie (also Brody's friend) and they had just attended a Lakers game together (remember the matching jerseys?) so I doubt this was a random run-in. I don't know what Lo's problem is. Audrina finally stood up for herself - good for her!

Umm my BF would be so out the door if he talked to any of my family members like that! Please. he must know he comes off like the ass they want him to be. and Audrina? YAY! finally got a backbone.
and Doug and LC have been in the news/ tabloids forever! it was no random run in.
Reason #546 why I hate Speidi- Is it just me or does Heidi look more plastic each season? I'm Team Lo! I don't think she owes Audrina anything and why should she bend over backwards if Audrina doesn't care?

Spencer woulda got punched in the face for that foolishness in my territory. Lo is a little whiny and all but Audrina didn't even try to hear her out or accept her apology. She has a "backbone" with Lo but not with Justin/Bobby pushing up on other chicks in her face and whatnot. A mess.
I must try the L'Oreal gloss since I have the Revlon Colorstay Mineral gloss, I can do a comparison on the smooth nude factor. I sometimes use NYX liner in Cappuccino with a little nude gloss (right now, I'm trying Nivea's A Kiss of Shine in Natural).
So funny, I was just checking out that lip balm yesterday but wasn't sure. I will have to check it out again. I caught the middle of the Hills and quickly turned away. I was surprized that Audrina spoke up and yes Heidi is on her way to being "Hills Barbie" which I think she would get a kick out of!

Does it have a smell/taste?
I can handle a little smell, but no way can I do a flavour.
My go to for lips I wish I was born with is MAC lip jelle in jelly babe. I WISH I woke up with that colour!
And re: The Hills - I have not watched MTV since 1998, and it was so awful back then... I have never seen the show and I HATE the fact that these fools are all over the weekly gossip rags. I can't go to the store without one of them staring back at me in the check-out line. I need a real TV show - Give me Gossip Girl, or Give me death! :)

It is not so problem that you are seem stressy due it. I think such double color lips seem more glamourous.Imagine what feel the person which have the lips with nopigmentation such as with vitiligo. I like your thinking about the use of natural products. I think the natural and herbal products is the best solution for the problems like skin and hair etc.
ugh I have the same lip issue and I hate it! I like the fullness of the lips but the two tone thing ain't working out...my hot pink lippies come lookin purple-ish cuz my lip is dark and it changes blah blah blah.
The Hill=scripted but it's way too fun/ addictive. I don't even consider it a reality show...it's like a regular tv drama or whatever those shows are called.
Hi Tia! I have that same lip problem too! I was looking at the Loreal one you recommended and I didn't find a color that looked good for me but I did find a Sally Hansen lip gloss that is perfect. It's called Natural Butter Lip Shine and I got it in the color Petal. They have lots of other colors too.
